• SIP GATEWAY PROMOTION [2009-01-01 to 2009-04-30]
• VOICE PROMOTION [2009-01-01 to 2009-04-30]
• LOCAL PROMOTION [2009-01-01 to 2009-04-30]
• DATA PROMOTION [2009-01-01 to 2009-04-30]
• MPLS PROMOTION [2009-01-01 to 2009-04-30]

SIP GATEWAY PROMOTION [2009-01-01 to 2009-04-30]:

• Minimum one year term for SIP Gateway service.
• Cash bonus for new SIP telephone number orders only.
• SIP ANI MRC is defined as SIP telephone number MRC.
• Renewals and moves will not qualify for this promotion.
• When orders for SIP Gateway are accompanied by a DIA order for the same customer, agents will be paid a bonus of 150% per SIP ANI MRC.
• PowerNet Global has the right to disqualify any order for this promotion due to special pricing or any other ICB arrangements.
• For orders submitted between 1/1/09 and 4/30/09, bonus will be payable within 30 days after the second full bill is generated.
• If customer terminates service or PNG must terminate service to the customer for any reason within 6 months of circuit turn up date, then PNG will charge back to agent 100% of bonus paid.
• Thereafter, for the first year of term, if customer terminates service or PNG must terminate service for any reason other than disconnection for non-pay before the end of the first year of term for which a bonus has been paid, then PNG will charge back to agent an amount equal to the bonus prorated according to the remaining portion of the term.
• If account is disconnected for non-pay at any time during term, PNG will charge back to agent 100% of bonus paid.
• Complete orders must be received and accepted by the designated Account Manager on or between 1/1/09 and 4/30/09 to be eligible.
• All disputes regarding bonuses related to this promotion must be submitted to PNG’s Revenue Assurance Department no later than six (6) months following termination of this promotion.
• Accounts must be credit approved and activated to be eligible.
• PowerNet Global reserves the right to discontinue this promotion at any time without notice.
• The terms and conditions of this promotion must be formalized in an agreement between agent and PowerNet Global.
• Receive a one time bonus based on one month's total charge for qualified SIP Gateway orders.

Bonus Payout Amounts:
1-Year Term or greater = 125% per SIP ANI MRC (a.k.a. telephone number MRC)
1-Year Term or greater w/ DIA purchase = 150% per SIP ANI MRC (a.k.a. telephone number MRC)

VOICE PROMOTION [2009-01-01 to 2009-04-30]:

• Minimum one year term for LD T-1s and DS-1s.
• Cash bonus for new T-1s and DS-1s only.
• Renewals and moves will not qualify for this promotion.
• PowerNet Global has the right to disqualify any circuit for this promotion due to special pricing or any other ICB arrangements.
• Payments of cash bonus on LD T-1s or DS-1s require an average usage of $800/month per LD T-1 or DS-1 for first two full bills with the bonus payable within 30 days after the second bill is generated.
• Usage is defined as voice traffic only (not including taxes, MRCs, etc.).
• If customer terminates service or PNG must terminate service to the customer for any reason or usage requirements are not met within 6 months of circuit turn up date, then PNG will charge back to agent 100% of bonus paid.
• Thereafter, for the first year of term, if customer terminates service or PNG must terminate service for any reason other than disconnection for non-pay or usage requirements are not met before the end of the first year of term for which a bonus has been paid, then PNG will charge back to agent an amount equal to the bonus prorated according to the shortfall in average usage.
• If circuit is disconnected for non-pay at any time during term, PNG will charge back to agent 100% of bonus paid.
• Complete orders must be received and accepted by the designated Account Manager on or between 1/1/09 and 4/30/09 to be eligible.
• All disputes regarding bonuses related to this promotion must be submitted to PNG’s Revenue Assurance Department no later than six (6) months following termination of this promotion.

LOCAL PROMOTION [2009-01-01 to 2009-04-30]:

• Minimum two year term for Dedicated Local T-1s and DS-1s.
• Cash bonus for new T-1s and DS-1s only.
• Renewals and moves will not qualify for this promotion.
• PowerNet Global has the right to disqualify any service for this promotion due to special pricing or any other ICB arrangements.
• For orders submitted between 1/1/09 and 4/30/09, bonus will be payable within 30 days after the second full bill is generated.

• Minimum one year term for new Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) and Private Line Services.
• Renewals and moves will not qualify for this promotion.
• PowerNet Global has the right to disqualify any service for this promotion due to special pricing or any other ICB arrangements.
• For orders submitted between 1/1/09 and 4/30/09, bonus will be payable within 30 days after the second full bill is generated.
• If customer terminates service or PNG must terminate service to the customer for any reason within 6 months of circuit turn up date, then PNG will charge back to agent 100% of bonus paid.

MPLS PROMOTION [2009-01-01 to 2009-04-30]:

• Minimum one year term for new MPLS Applications.
• Renewals and moves will not qualify for this promotion.
• PowerNet Global has the right to disqualify any circuit for this promotion due to special pricing or any other ICB arrangements.
• For orders submitted between 1/1/09 and 4/30/09, bonus will be payable within 30 days after the second full bill is generated.
• If customer terminates service or PNG must terminate service to the customer for any reason within 6 months of circuit turn up date, then PNG will charge back to agent 100% of bonus paid.
• Thereafter, for the first year of term, if customer terminates service or PNG must terminate service for any reason other than disconnection for non-pay before the end of the first year of term for which a bonus has been paid, then PNG will charge back to agent an amount equal to the bonus prorated according to the remaining portion of the term.
• If circuit is disconnected for non-pay at any time during term, PNG will charge back to agent 100% of bonus paid.
