Terms and Conditions
VERIZON SIP GATEWAY PROMOTION [2009-07-01 to 2009-12-31]:
- Minimum one year term for Verizon SIP Gateway service.
- Cash bonus for new SIP telephone number orders only.
- SIP ANI MRC is defined as SIP telephone number MRC.
- When orders for Verizon SIP Gateway are accompanied by a DIA order for the same customer, agents will be paid a bonus of 150% per SIP ANI MRC.
- Receive a one time bonus based on one month's total charge for qualified SIP ANI MRCs.
Bonus Payout Amounts:
1-Year Term or greater = 125% per SIP ANI MRC (a.k.a. telephone number MRC)
1-Year Term or greater w/ DIA purchase = 150% per SIP ANI MRC (a.k.a. telephone number MRC)

PNG SIP GATEWAY LD PROMOTION [2009-07-01 to 2009-12-31]:
- Minimum one year term for PNG SIP Gateway LD T-1s.
- Payments of cash bonus on LD T-1s require an average usage of $800/month per individual LD T-1 for first two full bills with the bonus payable within 30 days after the second bill is generated.
- Usage is defined as commissionable voice traffic only (not including taxes, MRCs, etc.).
Bonus Payout Amounts:
1-Year Term or greater = $400 per PNG SIP LD T-1

VOICE PROMOTION [2009-07-01 to 2009-12-31]:
- Minimum one year term for LD T-1s and DS-1s.
- Payments of cash bonus on LD T-1s or DS-1s require an average usage of $800/month per individual LD T-1 or DS-1 for first two full bills with the bonus payable within 30 days after the second bill is generated.
- Usage is defined as commissionable voice traffic only (not including taxes, MRCs, etc.).
Bonus Payout Amounts:
1-Year Term or greater = $400 per LD T-1

- Minimum two year term for Dedicated Local T-1s and DS-1s.

2-Year Term or greater = $350 per Local T-1

DATA PROMOTION [2009-07-01 to 2009-12-31]:
- Minimum one year term for new Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) and Private Line Services.
- Receive a one time bonus based on one month's total port/IXC charge for qualified DIA and Private Line Orders.
Bonus Payout Amounts:
1-Year Term or greater = 30% of port MRC

MPLS PROMOTION [2009-07-01 to 2009-12-31]:
- Minimum one year term for new MPLS Applications.
- Receive a one time bonus based on one month's total port charge for qualified MPLS orders.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS [APPLY TO ALL PROMOTIONS]:
- For orders submitted between 7/1/09 and 12/31/09, bonus will be payable within 30 days after the second full bill is generated.
- Complete orders must be received and accepted by the designated Account Manager on or between 7/1/09 and 12/31/09 to be eligible.
- Standard retail pricing must be used to be eligible for promotions. Any non-standard special pricing will not qualify for the bonus unless specifically stated in writing from PowerNet Global.
- Renewals and moves will not qualify for these promotions.
- Promotions available to agents for new customers or new add-on circuits only.
- Maximum bonus amount is $4000.00 per order.
- If customer terminates service or PNG must terminate service to the customer for any reason within 6 months of circuit turn up date, then PNG will charge back to agent 100% of bonus paid.
- Thereafter, for the first year of term, if customer terminates service or PNG must terminate service for any reason other than disconnection for non-pay or if usage requirements are not met before the end of the first year of term for which a bonus has been paid, then PNG will charge back to agent an amount equal to the bonus prorated according to the remaining portion of the term.
- If circuit is disconnected for non-pay at any time during term, PNG will charge back to agent 100% of bonus paid.
- In order for the bonus to be issued to the agent, the customer must be current on all bills and have no delinquencies or bad debt to be in compliance with the terms of their contract for service.
- PowerNet Global reserves the right to verify that all orders conform to the intent and guidelines of these promotions.
- Applications must be credit approved and services activated to be eligible.
- PowerNet Global reserves the right to discontinue this promotion at any time without notice.
- The terms and conditions of this promotion must be formalized in an agreement between agent and PowerNet Global.
- All disputes regarding bonuses related to this promotion must be submitted to PNG’s Revenue Assurance Department no later than six (6) months following termination of this promotion.
