| Fax a completed and signed copy of the tax exemption certificate to the attention of the Tax Department. The fax number is 1-888-549-8823. Once Verified the tax exemption will be applied to the account, this can take 1 - 2 billing cycles. If there are any errors on the form, the Tax Department will send you a letter to correct the error. The Tax Department will automatically retro credit the taxes as far back as three months as long as the exemption was applicable. |
