There are 3 ways to get your account set up to be automatically paid by your credit card. 1. If you are using our online customer portal, simply login go to eBill, Pay Online. Near the bottom of the page you can enter your credit card information to be set up on monthly credit card pay 2. If you receive a paper bill, on the reverse side of the front page of your invoice, you will find a section to fill out and sign. this information should be returned to PowerNet Global Communications using the enclosed envelope. The process of getting on the service may take one billing cycle. 3. Call our 24 hour customer service center at 1-877-599-3087 and request your account be set up for monthly credit card deduction. They will take all the information over the telephone. |
